mIRC: where to get sat(hack) help/info on IRC

It is many canals on the irc, whit people that can help you updating your card whit new key and other sat info. Not all the canal have many users and not many OP's[the op it they whit a @nick, they are the boss's of the canal]. 75% of the people on the sathack canals speak Scandinavian, but English is the main languish.
